What Our Guarantee Covers

This guarantee is our promise to you that our products are free from manufacturing and structural defects. We take full responsibility for the craftsmanship of our collections:

  • Timepieces: Internal movement failures, misaligned dials, or structural defects in the watch casing not caused by impact.

  • Footwear: Stitching failures, sole separation, or hardware detachment under normal, elegant wear.

  • Sartorial Garments: Seam unraveling, defective zippers or buttons, and fabric weaving flaws present at the time of delivery.

  • Eyewear: Hinge defects, frame structural compromises, or lens irregularities present upon unboxing.

The Boundaries of Luxury (What Is Not Covered)

Luxury materials require a level of care that matches their pedigree. To protect the integrity of our brand, The Artisan’s Guarantee exclusively covers manufacturing flaws, and does not extend to:

  • Everyday Wear and Tear: The natural creasing of fine leather, the beautiful patina that develops on French suede over time, or standard sole wear.

  • Accidental Damage & Misuse: Scratched watch crystals, water damage (beyond the specified ATM rating), torn fabrics from snagging, or crushed eyewear frames.

  • Improper Care: Damage resulting from incorrect laundering of garments, the use of harsh chemicals on suede, or unapproved third-party watch modifications.

Should you encounter a genuine manufacturing defect, our concierge team is entirely at your disposal. Simply reach out to us at support@primewriststyle.com with your order number and clear photographs of the piece in question. We will personally review your case and arrange for a pristine replacement to ensure your sartorial standards remain uncompromised.
