  • Timepieces: Internal movement failures, misaligned dials, or structural defects in the watch casing not caused by impact.

  • Footwear: Stitching failures, sole separation, or hardware detachment under normal, elegant wear.

  • Sartorial Garments: Seam unraveling, defective zippers or buttons, and fabric weaving flaws present at the time of delivery.

  • Eyewear: Hinge defects, frame structural compromises, or lens irregularities present upon unboxing.

The Boundaries of Luxury (What Is Not Covered)

Luxury materials require a level of care that matches their pedigree. To protect the integrity of our brand, The Artisan’s Guarantee exclusively covers manufacturing flaws, and does not extend to:
