Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped out from our global fulfillment centers and partner artisan workshops. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? To ensure the highest quality, our items are sourced and dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs. Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• United States: 8 - 14 business days.

• United Kingdom & Canada: 10 - 15 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10 - 18 business days.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? Prices displayed on our site will automatically adjust to your local currency based on your location.

For our customers in the United Kingdom, prices are displayed inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), meaning there will be no hidden tax fees at checkout.

For customers in the United States, Canada, and other international destinations, prices are displayed exclusive of local import duties and taxes. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these international charges is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
